It's difficult to walk anywhere in the African bush and not see the remains of animals scattered across the landscape.  Some animals are killed outright, many die naturally, their remains ravaged by scavengers.  Some bones and skulls are collected and put on display.  In the larger scheme of nature, all deaths serve some purpose in sustaining the population of wild animals.  Nothing goes to waste.  Here's a sampling of what I saw ...
